Spicy Potato and Anchovy Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Red chili
  • Green chili
  • Lime (optional)
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • MSG
  • Potatoes
  • Anchovies

Preparation

  1. Cut potatoes into round slices, not too thin or thick, and fry until cooked.

  2. Fry the anchovies.

  3. Coarsely blend the red onion, garlic, red chili, and green chili.

  4. Fry the blended mixture until crispy.

  5. Add salt, sugar, a bit of MSG, and squeeze lime juice if desired.

  6. Once the sambal is crispy, add the fried potatoes and anchovies, and mix well.

Tips

  1. Lime can be omitted if not preferred for aroma or taste.
