Sticky Maple Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 50g mashed over ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100ml boiling water

Preparation

  1. Soak oats in hot water for five minutes

  2. Stir in mashed banana

  3. Stir in maple syrup

  4. Pour mixture into cupcake cases and oven bake on 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes

  5. Leave to cool and put in an airtight container
