Vegetarian Corn and Cheese Fried Rice
Ingredients
- Impeckable fillet
- Rapeseed oil
- Chinese 5 spice
- Corn cob
- Deliciou spicy bacon seasoning
- Veetee sticky rice
- 30g grated mozzarella
- Onion salt
- Chives
Preparation
Flatten the impeckable fillet slightly.
Spray the fillet with rapeseed oil and sprinkle with a little Chinese 5 spice.
Fry the fillet in a griddle pan until cooked.
Spray the corn cob with oil and sprinkle with Deliciou spicy bacon seasoning.
Oven cook the corn cob until done.
Empty the pack of Veetee sticky rice into a hot wok.
Break up the rice and add 30g grated mozzarella, onion salt, and chives.
Fry until the cheese melts and starts to brown.
Combine all prepared components and serve.
