Ingredients

  • 3 Cauldron Foods Lincolnshire sausages
  • Tender stem broccoli
  • Asda instant mash packet
  • Bisto original gravy mix
  • Lurpak butter
  • A little onion salt
  • Sea salt
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. Oven-cook the sausages as per package instructions.

  2. Boil the tender stem broccoli until tender.

  3. Prepare the instant mash by adding boiling water and stirring according to packet directions.

  4. Add butter and onion salt to the mash and mix well.

  5. Make the gravy by adding water to the gravy mix and stirring until smooth.

  6. Season the dish with sea salt and chives to taste.

  7. Serve the sausages with mash, broccoli, and gravy.
