Bircher Muesli with Almonds and Fruits
Ingredients
- 60g oat flakes or spelled flakes
- 3 tbsp ground nuts
- 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt
- 1 apple grated
- Splash of lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp nut butter
- 150-200ml plant milk
- 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 dates chopped
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to soften the oats.
Add desired toppings before serving.
