Bircher Muesli with Almonds and Fruits

Ingredients

  • 60g oat flakes or spelled flakes
  • 3 tbsp ground nuts
  • 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt
  • 1 apple grated
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter
  • 150-200ml plant milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 2 dates chopped

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to soften the oats.

  3. Add desired toppings before serving.
