Chewy Strawberry Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup gluten-free baking flour (all-purpose flour works too)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Strawberry jam
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients and in a small bowl whisk together the egg, almond butter, and almond milk.
Pour the wet into the dry and stir until everything is well combined.
Roll the dough into 13 balls and place on the baking sheet.
Press a hole in the centers, add jam, and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
