Fresh Mango Salsa with Lime and Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 heaping tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- Juice of one lime
- Handful of fresh cilantro, washed and chopped
- Handful of fresh mint, washed and chopped
- Pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Let sit for 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve with chips or over tacos for a refreshing addition.
