Fresh Mango Salsa with Lime and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1 heaping tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • Juice of one lime
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, washed and chopped
  • Handful of fresh mint, washed and chopped
  • Pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Let sit for 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

  3. Serve with chips or over tacos for a refreshing addition.
