Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup birchbenders paleo mix
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop ancientnutrition vanilla collagen
  • bananas
  • maple syrup
  • peanut butter
  • bacon
  • strawberries
  • frozen blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • ghee

Preparation

  1. Mix the waffle ingredients to form batter

  2. Preheat the mini waffle maker

  3. Cook waffles in the waffle maker until golden

  4. Heat ghee in a pan

  5. Scramble the eggs in the ghee.

  6. Assemble waffles with toppings like bananas, maple syrup, peanut butter, bacon, strawberries, and blueberries
