Easy Gluten-Free Brunch Waffle Spread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Birch Benders paleo mix
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop ancient nutrition vanilla collagen
  • bananas
  • maple syrup
  • Aldi USA peanut butter
  • Applegate bacon
  • strawberries
  • frozen blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • fourth and heart ghee

Preparation

  1. Make waffles by mixing 3/4 cup Birch Benders paleo mix, 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, and 1 scoop ancient nutrition vanilla collagen, then cook in a mini waffle maker.

  2. Scramble 2 eggs in fourth and heart ghee.

  3. Serve the waffles and scrambled eggs topped with bananas, maple syrup, Aldi USA peanut butter, Applegate bacon, strawberries, and frozen blueberries.
