Easy Gluten-Free Brunch Waffle Spread
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Birch Benders paleo mix
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop ancient nutrition vanilla collagen
- bananas
- maple syrup
- Aldi USA peanut butter
- Applegate bacon
- strawberries
- frozen blueberries
- 2 eggs
- fourth and heart ghee
Preparation
Make waffles by mixing 3/4 cup Birch Benders paleo mix, 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, and 1 scoop ancient nutrition vanilla collagen, then cook in a mini waffle maker.
Scramble 2 eggs in fourth and heart ghee.
Serve the waffles and scrambled eggs topped with bananas, maple syrup, Aldi USA peanut butter, Applegate bacon, strawberries, and frozen blueberries.
