Gluten-Free Protein Chocolate Chip Banana Waffles
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 bananas, chopped
- 75g Protein powder
- 250g gluten free self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 200ml dairy free milk
- 50g dairy free chocolate chips
Preparation
Place the eggs, bananas, protein powder, gluten-free flour, cinnamon, and dairy-free milk in a blender and process until thick and creamy.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Preheat the waffle maker
Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown
