Gluten-Free Protein Chocolate Chip Banana Waffles

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 bananas, chopped
  • 75g Protein powder
  • 250g gluten free self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 200ml dairy free milk
  • 50g dairy free chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Place the eggs, bananas, protein powder, gluten-free flour, cinnamon, and dairy-free milk in a blender and process until thick and creamy.

  2. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  3. Preheat the waffle maker

  4. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown
