Healthy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients

  • 100 g coconut blossum sugar
  • 100g apple sauce
  • 35g nut butter
  • 150ml plant milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 180 g gluten-free flour mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 apple (~ 130g)
  • 2 packages cookie dough nugglets/ a few chocolate chips (optional)
  • optional topping: almond flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c/ 350°f ( upper- and lower heat)

  2. Mix peanut butter, apple sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar and plant milk
