Simple Purple Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 90 g fine oat flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp pink pitaya powder
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 240 ml milk of choice
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a jar.
Mix well.
Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
