Banana Chia Seed Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- a bit agave syrup
- a bit vanilla extract
- 1 scoop unflavored protein (optional)
Preparation
Blend together.
Then cover the bread and put it to the fridge for 12 minutes.
Then bake about 12-15 minutes.
Topped with your favorite toppings.
