Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, Frozen
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp maple ? or honey
- 1 Tbsp Nut butter or coconut cream
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy
Place the mixture into a freezable container and freeze until ready to serve
I love topping with cacao hazelnut spread and cacao nibs
