Festive Spiced Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 200ml milk
- 2 star anise
- 4 cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp chilli
- 3 tsp cocoa or hot choc powder
Preparation
Heat the milk, for example, in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Mix the chocolate powder and spices in a pan or Kilner jar.
Pour the milk over the mixture and whisk to combine the powder and spices. Cover and let it infuse for a few minutes.
Pour into cups and serve. Add desired toppings.
