Quick Microwave Chocolate Cake for Four
Ingredients
- 125g self raising flour
- 80g sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4-5 tbsp milk (any type)
Preparation
Use a greased dish that fits in the microwave.
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa.
Add the egg, beat and mix. It will be stodgy.
Add the oil and mix.
Then add the milk a little at a time until you have a smooth mixture.
Cook for 2 mins on high (possibly longer if your microwave is less powerful). You want it a little squidgy!
Serve and enjoy. Amazing with Greek yoghurt and fruit!
