Simple One-Egg Stovetop Cake
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of vanilla
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour the batter into a pan.
Cook on low heat with a flame spreader for 20 minutes.
