Simple Brazilian Cornmeal Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all the cake ingredients in a blender

  2. Pour into a greased and floured pan

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 250Β°C for 30 to 40 minutes

  4. Remove from oven, let cool, and serve
