Simple Brazilian Cornmeal Cake
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Blend all the cake ingredients in a blender
Pour into a greased and floured pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 250Β°C for 30 to 40 minutes
Remove from oven, let cool, and serve
