Simple Corn Cake with Cinnamon Sugar
Ingredients
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Topping
- sugar, for sprinkling
- ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
Preparation
In a blender, blend the milk, oil, corn, sugar, and eggs well
In a bowl, sift the flour and cornstarch. Pour in the blender mixture and mix
Pour into a greased and floured 20cm tube pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 40 minutes
Let cool before unmolding, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
