No-Bake Mosaic Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 3 packs Petit Beurre biscuits
- 25 grams cocoa powder
- 100 grams sugar
- 250 ml milk
For ganache
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 100 grams heavy cream
Preparation
Crush the biscuits into small pieces.
Mix cocoa powder, sugar, and milk in a bowl to create a smooth mixture.
Combine the crushed biscuits with the cocoa mixture until evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into a cake mold or dish.
For the ganache, heat the heavy cream and pour it over the dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
Spread the ganache evenly over the cake mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
Remove from the mold, slice, and serve chilled.
