Chia Seed Banana Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • Tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 50ml banana shake
  • half scoop vanilla protein

Drizzle mixture

  • soya milk
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder

Preparation

  1. Combine the above ingredients to make the cookies and bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven.

  2. To make the peanut butter drizzle, combine soya milk with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder until you form a paste.
