Chilli Burger with Corn Ribs

- smashed avocado

- beyond meat burger
- Morrisons smoked cheddar

- rapeseed oil
- Deliciou BBQ bacon seasoning
Chilli components
- Morrisons baked beans
- Morrisons plant revolution mince
- chilli puree
- cajun seasoning
Preparation
Make the chilli by combining baked beans, plant-based mince, chilli puree, and cajun seasoning in a pan and heat until mixed and warm.
Pan-fry the beyond meat burger until cooked through.
Cut the corn cobs lengthways, spray with rapeseed oil, sprinkle with BBQ bacon seasoning, and bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Assemble the burger by layering the brioche bun with smashed avocado, lambs lettuce, the cooked burger, chilli topping, smoked cheddar, and nachos.
Tips
Be careful when cutting the corn cobs as it can be dangerous.
