Vegetarian Hotdog with Roasted Corn Ribs

Ingredients

  • Brioche bun
  • Gouda cheese slice
  • Jumbo plant-based hotdog
  • Caramelised onions
  • Mustard
  • Tomato ketchup (no added sugar)

Corn ribs

  • Corn
  • Smokey BBQ bacon seasoning

Preparation

  1. Heat the plant-based hotdog according to package instructions

  2. Toast the brioche bun if desired

  3. Assemble the hotdog by placing it in the bun and adding the gouda cheese slice, caramelised onions, mustard, and tomato ketchup

Corn ribs

  1. Slice the corn into rib shapes

  2. Roast the sliced corn in the oven until done

  3. Dust with smokey BBQ bacon seasoning
