Spicy Masala Veggie Burger with Corn

Ingredients

  • Plant-based spicy no chicken burger
  • Spicy cheese slice
  • Onion ring hash brown
  • Balefire sauce critical masala hot sauce
  • Light mayo
  • Lettuce
  • Turmeric brioche bun
  • Corn cob
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Chip seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook the plant-based burger and top it with the spicy cheese slice

  2. Pan toast the turmeric brioche bun until golden

  3. Mix the Balefire sauce masala hot sauce with light mayo to create a sauce

  4. Assemble the burger by adding lettuce and the sauce mixture

  5. For the corn, spray the corn cob with rapeseed oil and sprinkle with chip seasoning

  6. Oven cook the corn for 30 minutes until tender
