Ingredients

- Vegan cheese (Sheese)
- Peri peri mayo (made with Nando's and Hellmann's)

- Potatoes for wedges

- Smoked Cornish sea salt

Preparation
Cook the vegan burger patty according to package directions
Toast the brioche bun and sprinkle with black sesame seeds
Prepare peri peri mayo by mixing Nando's peri peri sauce with Hellmann's mayonnaise
Assemble the burger with vegan cheese, peri peri mayo, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and red onion in the toasted bun
