Cinnamon Spiced Blueberry Jam with Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 200g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 large cinnamon stick
- 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds
Preparation
Cook 200g blueberries in a heavy pan with a large cinnamon stick until they burst and soften, about 5 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon stick and mash the berries.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds and stir.
Spoon into clean jam jars and leave to set for at least an hour or overnight.
Optionally, add agave nectar or honey for sweetness if desired.
