Easy Sweet Potato Yogurt Bowl Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 banana
  • mini dairy-free chocolate chips
  • grass-fed yogurt
  • cinnamon
  • almond butter
  • beefree gluten-free warrior mix

Preparation

  1. Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it in for another 45 minutes.

  2. Allow the sweet potato to cool, then mash it.

  3. Cut the banana into slices.

  4. In a bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, yogurt, banana slices, chocolate chips, cinnamon, almond butter, and warrior mix.

  5. Eat the mixture cold for a quick breakfast.
