Stuffed Sweet Potato Breakfast with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato
  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate
  • Perfect Bar bites

Preparation

  1. Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 50 minutes.

  2. Allow the sweet potato to cool or eat it cold.

  3. Slice half a banana thinly.

  4. Melt a spoonful of peanut butter.

  5. Melt a piece of chocolate.

  6. Top the sweet potato with a few scoops of plain Greek yogurt, sliced banana, melted peanut butter, melted chocolate, and a serving of Perfect Bar bites.

  7. Prepare in advance for meal prep to have ready for snacks or meals throughout the week.
