Stuffed Sweet Potato Breakfast with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato
- Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate
- Perfect Bar bites
Preparation
Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 50 minutes.
Allow the sweet potato to cool or eat it cold.
Slice half a banana thinly.
Melt a spoonful of peanut butter.
Melt a piece of chocolate.
Top the sweet potato with a few scoops of plain Greek yogurt, sliced banana, melted peanut butter, melted chocolate, and a serving of Perfect Bar bites.
Prepare in advance for meal prep to have ready for snacks or meals throughout the week.
