Fluffy Cake and Crunchy Crumbs
Ingredients
- 200g margarine
- 75g sugar
- 275g flour
- for the topping:
- and the water
- for the crumbles:
- 200g margarine
- 200g zucker
- 250g mehl
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180degrees (c) circulating air • mix all ingredients for the dough together
Knead well together
Place baking paper on a baking tray
Roll out the dough
Add the cherries and half the cherry water on top
Mix all crumble ingredients together
Crumble on top of the cake
Bake for 35-45 minutes
