Healthy Matcha Waffle with Wholemeal Flour
Ingredients
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 cup soya milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix the soya milk and lemon juice and set aside for ten minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together.
Bake in your waffle machine for 7-9 minutes.
