Homemade Giant Triple Chocolate Cookie
Ingredients
- 200g room temperature butter
- 250g light brown sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 275g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150g chocolate chips (50g dark, 50g milk, 50g white)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cream the sugar and softened butter together.
Add the vanilla and egg yolks.
Mix in the flour and add the chocolate chips.
Line a cake tin with baking paper and spray with butter spray.
Put the cookie dough into the tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
