Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond meal (any extra, as needed)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 80g dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175°C
Mix everything together in a large bowl.
Dollop evenly onto a tray in round cookie shapes.
Bake at 175° for 18-20 minutes.
Allow to cool before eating.
