Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond meal (any extra, as needed)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 80g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C

  2. Mix everything together in a large bowl.

  3. Dollop evenly onto a tray in round cookie shapes.

  4. Bake at 175° for 18-20 minutes.

  5. Allow to cool before eating.
