Sweet Potato Fries with Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
- sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas
- 3 tbsp tahini
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water or olive oil
Preparation
Slice the sweet potato fries.
Toss them in 1 teaspoon each of smoked paprika and garlic powder.
Bake for 25 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
For the hummus, blend 1 can of drained and rinsed chickpeas, 3 tablespoons of tahini, juice of 1 lemon, 1 large clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 cup of water or olive oil until smooth, adding more liquid as needed.
