Easy Ramen Noodle Bowl with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • package of Lotus Foods noodles
  • kabocha squash
  • bok choy
  • peas
  • mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Steam the kabocha squash until tender.

  2. Steam the bok choy until tender.

  3. Cook the package of Lotus Foods noodles according to package directions.

  4. Prepare peas and mushrooms by steaming or cooking as desired.

  5. In a bowl, mix the cooked noodles with the steamed vegetables, peas, and mushrooms.

  6. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, then stir well to combine.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the flavors.
