Apple Pie Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Sauté the apples with apple pie spice in a little oil.

  2. Add in the oats, almond flour, and almond milk.

  3. Stir the mixture and cover for 5 minutes to allow the liquid to absorb and become slightly crispy.

  4. Serve with plain yogurt, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, a drizzle of honey, and vanilla almond butter.
