Apple Pie Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 small apple
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Sauté the apples with apple pie spice in a little oil.
Add in the oats, almond flour, and almond milk.
Stir the mixture and cover for 5 minutes to allow the liquid to absorb and become slightly crispy.
Serve with plain yogurt, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, a drizzle of honey, and vanilla almond butter.
