Avocado Toast with Micro Greens and Fried Eggs
Ingredients
- Bread for toasting
- Ripe avocado
- Fresh micro greens
- Pickled onions
- Eggs
Preparation
Toast the bread until golden and crispy.
Mash the avocado or slice it thinly.
Spread the avocado evenly on the toasted bread.
Add a handful of micro greens on top.
Sprinkle pickled onions over the greens.
Fry the egg in a pan until the yolk is set or runny as desired.
Place the fried egg on the toast and serve immediately.
