Banana Chips for Light Snacking Today
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- fresh squeezed lemon juice
- cinnamon
- coconut sugar
Preparation
Cut banana into about 1/4 inch thick slices
Brush with lemon juice
Place on sprayed baking sheet
Bake at 240F until golden brown
Once removed from oven, optionally toss in cinnamon and sugar mix
Enjoy with your favorite sweet tooth dip
