Collagen Pumpkin Protein French Toast
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cashew milk
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- Spoonful of pumpkin purée
- 1/4 scoop high performance nutrition vegan pumpkin spice latte protein powder
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
- Cinnamon
Toppings
- almond-cashew superbutter
- raspberries
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together until there are no clumps.
Soak your bread in the mixture on each side.
Place it on a hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes each side or to your liking.
Top with almond-cashew superbutter and raspberries.
