Collagen Pumpkin Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cashew milk
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • Spoonful of pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 scoop high performance nutrition vegan pumpkin spice latte protein powder
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
  • Cinnamon

Toppings

  • almond-cashew superbutter
  • raspberries

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together until there are no clumps.

  2. Soak your bread in the mixture on each side.

  3. Place it on a hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes each side or to your liking.

  4. Top with almond-cashew superbutter and raspberries.
