Strawberry Jam Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cashew milk
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 scoop High Performance Nutrition vegan strawberry jam protein powder
  • bread

Toppings

  • Justin’s almond butter
  • Dang Foods coconut flakes
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Mix the three ingredients together.

  2. Soak the bread on each side in the mixture.

  3. Add the soaked bread to a heated pan and cook for 2-5 minutes per side, depending on crispness preferences.

  4. Top with almond butter, coconut flakes, and strawberries.
