Strawberry Jam Protein French Toast
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cashew milk
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/2 scoop High Performance Nutrition vegan strawberry jam protein powder
- bread
Toppings
- Justin’s almond butter
- Dang Foods coconut flakes
- strawberries
Preparation
Mix the three ingredients together.
Soak the bread on each side in the mixture.
Add the soaked bread to a heated pan and cook for 2-5 minutes per side, depending on crispness preferences.
Top with almond butter, coconut flakes, and strawberries.
