Protein French Toast
Ingredients
- • 2 slices of bread, lightly toasted
- • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
- • 4 tbsp mylk (I used coconut & rice)
- • 1 tbsp protein powder (I used a coffee flavoured one)
- • spices you like (I used cinnamon)
Preparation
Mix everything in a shallow bowl and leave for 5 minutes
Dip your lightly toasted bread on either side
Get your pan on medium heat and use a little oil if its not non stick
Toast for a minute or two in either side
Top with whatever you fancy, I had almond butter, pecans, coconut and a a drizzle of agave on mine
