Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • • 2 slices of bread, lightly toasted
  • • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
  • • 4 tbsp mylk (I used coconut & rice)
  • • 1 tbsp protein powder (I used a coffee flavoured one)
  • • spices you like (I used cinnamon)

Preparation

  1. Mix everything in a shallow bowl and leave for 5 minutes

  2. Dip your lightly toasted bread on either side

  3. Get your pan on medium heat and use a little oil if its not non stick

  4. Toast for a minute or two in either side

  5. Top with whatever you fancy, I had almond butter, pecans, coconut and a a drizzle of agave on mine
