Cottage Cheese Chickpea Feta Smash
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup feta
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of sea salt and cracked pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor or powerful mini blender and pulse to combine.
Choose to leave it slightly chunky or blend until smooth.
Serving suggestions
Serve on a sandwich or as a dip if puréed until smooth.
