Cottage Cheese Chickpea Feta Smash

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch of sea salt and cracked pepper

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or powerful mini blender and pulse to combine.

  2. Choose to leave it slightly chunky or blend until smooth.

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve on a sandwich or as a dip if puréed until smooth.
