Easy Custard Filled Party Cake Soaked in Guarana
Ingredients
Batter
- 6 eggs
- 3 packages chocolate cake mix
- 500ml milk
- diced strawberries (optional)
Filling
- 1 package shredded coconut
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 300ml milk
- 1 full tablespoon margarine
- 1 liter guarana
Preparation
Batter
In a mixer, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
Gradually add the yolks, cake mixes, and milk, and beat for about 5 minutes
Turn off the mixer and, if desired, add the strawberries and mix
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan
Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes
Filling
In a saucepan over low heat, mix all filling ingredients except guarana and stir for 2 minutes
Let cool
Assembly
Let the cake cool and cut it in half
Soak the bottom cake layer with guarana and add the filling
Place the top cake layer and soak with guarana
Cover the cake with ganache or soft chocolate fudge
Decorate as desired
