Easy No-Yeast Yogurt Naan

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Mix the ingredients and use your hands to form a ball; this may take a few minutes.

  3. Generously flour a surface and cut the dough ball into 8 pieces or 4 for larger breads.

  4. Roll out the dough pieces, ensuring to flour the rolling pin as the dough is sticky.

  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, grease it with oil, and cook the dough pieces one at a time for 2 minutes per side until both sides are cooked.

  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and optionally rub with butter.

  1. This recipe requires no yeast and no rising time.

  2. The dough can be used to make naan, flatbread, pizza, or even bagels.
