Festive Vegetarian Kebabs
Ingredients
- 8 plant-based cocktail sausages, cooked
- 25g stuffing
- 1 tablespoon whole cranberry sauce
- Tender stem broccoli
- Brussels sprouts
- Parsnips
- 1/2 tablespoon gold syrup
- Water (for mixing sauce)
Preparation
Make the stuffing into balls and bake in the oven.
Coat parsnips in gold syrup and cook using an Actifry appliance.
Mix cranberry sauce with a little hot water to slacken it.
Assemble the sausages, stuffing balls, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and parsnips on skewers.
Brush the skewers with the cranberry sauce mixture and serve.

You can use smooth cranberry sauce if preferred.
