Festive Brioche Bagel with Holiday Fillings

Ingredients

  • Brioche bagel
  • Stuffing for patty
  • Cranberry and port sauce
  • Vegetarian impeckable fillet
  • Plant-based cocktail sausages
  • Smoked rashers
  • Smokey BBQ bacon seasoning
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Onion gravy
  • Red skin potatoes
  • Sage and onion salt

Preparation

  1. Toast the brioche bagel in a pan.

  2. Prepare the stuffing according to its instructions, shape into patties, and fry until golden.

  3. Pan-fry the impeckable fillet, sprinkle with sage and onion salt, and slice.

  4. Wrap the plant-based cocktail sausages in smoked rashers, sprinkle with smokey BBQ bacon seasoning, spray with rapeseed oil, and cook in the oven until done.

  5. Chop red skin potatoes, rinse and dry them, spray with oil, and air-fry in 10-minute cycles for 30 to 40 minutes to make sage and onion fries.

  6. Prepare or heat the onion gravy.

  7. Assemble the festive bagel by adding the stuffing patty, sliced fillet, wrapped sausages, cranberry sauce, and pouring gravy into the bagel hole.
