Cheesy Pigs in Blankets Loaded Fries
Ingredients
- Red skin potatoes
- Mature cheddar cheese
- Vegetarian pigs in blankets
Preparation
Cut red skin potatoes into chips with skins on, rinse, dry, spray with oil, season, and air fry in 10-minute cycles until cooked.
Cook vegetarian pigs in blankets in the oven until done.
Place the air-fried fries in a skillet.
Top the fries with finely grated mature cheddar cheese.
Add the cooked pigs in blankets to the skillet.
Return the skillet to the oven and bake for a few minutes until the cheese is melty.
