Cheesy Pigs in Blankets Loaded Fries

Ingredients

  • Red skin potatoes
  • Mature cheddar cheese
  • Vegetarian pigs in blankets

Preparation

  1. Cut red skin potatoes into chips with skins on, rinse, dry, spray with oil, season, and air fry in 10-minute cycles until cooked.

  2. Cook vegetarian pigs in blankets in the oven until done.

  3. Place the air-fried fries in a skillet.

  4. Top the fries with finely grated mature cheddar cheese.

  5. Add the cooked pigs in blankets to the skillet.

  6. Return the skillet to the oven and bake for a few minutes until the cheese is melty.
