Plant-Based Steak and Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Red skin potatoes
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Veggie oxo cube
  • Plant-based steak
  • Bisto best beef style gravy

Preparation

  1. Peel and quarter the red skin potatoes

  2. Par-boil the potatoes for 5 minutes

  3. Bash the potatoes about a bit and allow them to cool

  4. Spray the potatoes with rapeseed oil and sprinkle with veggie oxo cube

  5. Cook the potatoes in an air fryer for around 35 minutes

  6. Chop the plant-based steak

  7. Fry the steak until browned all over

  8. Add Bisto best beef style gravy and heat through

  9. Serve the steak and potatoes together
