Vegetarian Chicken Fillets with Chips and Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 Vivera plant-based chicken breast style fillets
- Rapeseed oil
- Seasoning
- Maris Piper potatoes
- Birdseye frozen peas
- Bisto best onion gravy
Preparation
Press two chicken fillets together to form a larger piece.
Spray the fillets with rapeseed oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Wrap in foil and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Rest the chicken for 5 minutes.
Peel and chop Maris Piper potatoes for chips.
Rinse and dry the potatoes.
Spray the potatoes with oil, season them, and air-fry in three 10-minute cycles.
Cook Birdseye peas in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
Prepare Bisto onion gravy according to package instructions.
Serve the chicken, chips, peas, and gravy together.
