Vegetarian Chicken Fillets with Chips and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2 Vivera plant-based chicken breast style fillets
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Seasoning
  • Maris Piper potatoes
  • Birdseye frozen peas
  • Bisto best onion gravy

Preparation

  1. Press two chicken fillets together to form a larger piece.

  2. Spray the fillets with rapeseed oil and sprinkle with seasoning.

  3. Wrap in foil and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

  4. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes.

  5. Peel and chop Maris Piper potatoes for chips.

  6. Rinse and dry the potatoes.

  7. Spray the potatoes with oil, season them, and air-fry in three 10-minute cycles.

  8. Cook Birdseye peas in boiling water for a couple of minutes.

  9. Prepare Bisto onion gravy according to package instructions.

  10. Serve the chicken, chips, peas, and gravy together.
