Ingredients

  • Morrisons meat-free mince
  • Knorr vegetable stock pot
  • Seasoning
  • Cornflour
  • Gravy browning

Mashed potato

  • Marabel potatoes
  • Onion salt
  • Chives

Roasted vegetables

  • Parsnips
  • Potatoes
  • Chantenay carrots
  • Tender stem broccoli

Preparation

  1. Cook the meat-free mince with vegetable stock pot, seasoning, cornflour, and gravy browning until thickened

  2. Boil Marabel potatoes, mash with a little potato water, onion salt, and chives

  3. Assemble the pie by layering the mince mixture in a dish and topping with mashed potatoes

  4. Bake the pie until the top is golden and crispy

  5. Air-fry parsnips, potatoes, and chantenay carrots until tender

  6. Cook tender stem broccoli until softened, such as by steaming or boiling

  7. Serve the shepherdless pie with the roasted vegetables on the side
