Christmas Plant-Based Baguette Sandwich
Ingredients
- small baguette
- plant-based cocktail sausages
- streaky smoked rashers
- rapeseed oil
- plant chicken breast style fillet
- Bisto pigs in blankets gravy
- Maris Piper potatoes
Preparation
Crisp the baguette in the oven.
Wrap the plant-based cocktail sausages in streaky smoked rashers, spray with rapeseed oil, and bake until cooked.
Pan-fry the plant chicken breast style fillet and slice it.
Peel and chop Maris Piper potatoes, par-boil for 3 minutes, drain, spray with oil, season, and air-fry until crisp for about 40 minutes.
Assemble the baguette with the prepared stuffing, sliced fillet, and gravy.
