Christmas Plant-Based Baguette Sandwich

Ingredients

  • small baguette
  • plant-based cocktail sausages
  • streaky smoked rashers
  • rapeseed oil
  • plant chicken breast style fillet
  • Bisto pigs in blankets gravy
  • Maris Piper potatoes

Preparation

  1. Crisp the baguette in the oven.

  2. Wrap the plant-based cocktail sausages in streaky smoked rashers, spray with rapeseed oil, and bake until cooked.

  3. Pan-fry the plant chicken breast style fillet and slice it.

  4. Peel and chop Maris Piper potatoes, par-boil for 3 minutes, drain, spray with oil, season, and air-fry until crisp for about 40 minutes.

  5. Assemble the baguette with the prepared stuffing, sliced fillet, and gravy.
